Ownership of Artwork/Design:
Designer Dawn (my wedding album designer) retains the ownership of the design project. The client shall obtain ownership of the final delivered files. My Wedding album designer retains the rights to use the final designs for use in publications, competitions, digital inventory or any other purpose deemed useful.
Payment Payment is made using Paypal unless otherwise agreed.
Payment is due in full upon placing an order. My Wedding Album Designer may begin a project under its own discretion prior to full payment if project files are received;
however finished proofs or files will not be presented or delivered without payment in full.
Once a project has begun a refund will not be granted. If a client needs to cancel an order contact with My Wedding Album Designer should be done immediately. Designer
Dawn reserves the right to deny a partial or full refund once a project has begun.
Additional charges may occur should it be mutually agreed on once the initial design has begun or extra services are rendered and will be billed separately.
